View On Kvalsvik Bay

Runde is a small island approx. 220 km north of Bergen (Norway). While only inhabited by not much more than 100 people, the island is very popular among (sea)birds of several species. The fog gradually lifted during our ascent to a popular birdwatching place on the west coast of the island and finally revealed this view over the bay to the village of Kvalsvik.
